I joined Apple after 10 years as HR Executive in Ericsson, Deloitte, IKEA, Syngenta, etc. Yet, I had no clue what my true superpower was - this was about to change.
Developing the leadership impact of Apple executives became my passion and the turning point.
As a Licensed Psychologist, I dived deep into the behavioral patterns holding the leaders back. I became known for my ability to ask powerful questions and build creative development journeys. I educated the leaders to leverage brain science in building high-impact teams.
As an Executive Developer, I used a large portfolio of executive development tools with leaders and leadership teams.
I'm forever grateful for my time at Apple and to the executives I worked with. It was their trust that allowed me to discover my superpower.
